In order to have a successful and Enjoyable Field Day Experience we encourage participants to utilize both the equipment list and operator scheduler forms. Also please read the below list of lessons learned from past field days.
  1. BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair) many times we get more people coming out than chairs on hand so please bring a chair.

  2. BYOF&D (Bring Your Own Food and Drink) We have a grill that you can cook on but we cannot anticipate or supply food and drink for all of our guests so please bring your own.

  3. NO ALCOHALIC BEVERAGES OR TOBACCO PRODUCTS, We have children and young adults that will be participating in Field Day and we do not want to send the wrong message to them. Also Alcohal and Tobacco products do not mix well with radio's, feed lines all over the ground, antenna towers, etc.

  4. Plan for Cool weather and for rain. If you plan on staying for a few hours or even overnight then make sure to pack rain gear and something warm to wear, when the wind picks up, it can get a bit chilly.

  5. Bring Paper and Pencil just incase you want to make notes or draw up that cool gadget that someone brought.

  6. Bring a camera so that you can take pictures of the site.
